About the Role
We are looking for a talented Accounts Manager to help us find business opportunities and manage all our customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
Requirements
Be knowledgeable about our products and services
Research and profile prospective new accounts; use phone, email, chat, and other contact channels to sell via both inbound and outbound methods
Generate leads and successfully convert them
Sustain and grow the value of each customer relationship
Identify new up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Manage all your Customer Relationship Info and the entire sales cycle within our Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system
Contribute towards business analysis, business strategy, and the program of upcoming work
Nice To Haves
Previous experience as an Engineering Lead at a local office or firm; developing advanced business features using office software - Salesforce, Zoho, Tally Cloud, or MS Excel
Experience with Sales and Marketing
