About the Role

We are looking for a talented Accounts Manager to help us find business opportunities and manage all our customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

Requirements

  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services

  • Research and profile prospective new accounts; use phone, email, chat, and other contact channels to sell via both inbound and outbound methods

  • Generate leads and successfully convert them

  • Sustain and grow the value of each customer relationship

  • Identify new up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

  • Manage all your Customer Relationship Info and the entire sales cycle within our Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system

  • Contribute towards business analysis, business strategy, and the program of upcoming work


Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as an Engineering Lead at a local office or firm; developing advanced business features using office software - Salesforce, Zoho, Tally Cloud, or MS Excel

  • Experience with Sales and Marketing
