We are of the opinion that rewarding qualification credentials (like Engineer/Lawyer/Scientist) and occupational titles are purely an academic concern that falls under the purview of universities, academic institutions, and certifying authorities. Employers can and do reward titles but this does not supersede the qualfications meted out by colleges or universities.
We are aligned with this universal ideology and will appropriate all hires to our internal levelling system while retaining their most relevant organizational position and responsibilities.
