About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can help us design engaging Digital User eXperiences. The UX Designer will be seen as a functional architect and UX lead who authors and defines business requirements for all our software projects. The UX Designer will be an important member of our business function here at Muon Consulting.
Requirements
Be the lead interaction designer for all the software we build. Conduct user research to identify any goals, needs, behaviors, and pain points involved with a product interaction.
Develop user personas based on target customers. Create user journey maps to analyze how a customer interacts with a product
Collaborate with the technical architect on solution feasibility, and, any engineering or technology constraints; and incorporate feedback into the product innovation lifecycle.
Assist the project lead with project kickoff and end-to-end implementation while overseeing the project through to successful completion
Work with our UI designers to create high-fidelity wireframes and layouts to hone in on what the final product will look like. Use the existing company style and UI guidelines to create new designs that fulfil customer/product needs.
Perform requirements analysis to validate design decisions and identify problems. Champion for UX quality and iterative product development.
Be the competency lead for Analysis and Design of Business Objects
Be the lead liaison on all pre-sales activities and business strategy with Accounts Management. Serve as the conduit between our Users/Customers and our Technology group
View your UX creations from the lens of a product and advocate for the same. Create end-user communities and advocate for digital literacy.
Nice To Haves
Prior experience of having worked as UX Designer for a high-volume/high-transactions platform or business-critical software in modern age business domains
Prior experience of having worked as Product Manager in Cost Centers maintaining good long-term CapEx/OpEx
